Men are governed by lines of intellect- women: by curves of emotion.

Last night Skyler went to her first stake dance!  She had so much fun.  She got to see all her old friends from Gilbert.

Happy 14th Birthday, Skyler!

Thanks to everyone who came over and brought Skyler treats on her birthday!  It was so much fun.  She asked me to make her favorite meal...Lemon Chicken Ring and salad.  And I made a Mint Chocolate Cake for dessert.  She got make-up, a purse, money, gift cards, and a new comforter set for her room.  Also, she had a special delivery of flowers at school.  And, last but not least, McKenna spent the night and they rented a scary movie.

First Day of School

Sibley started 5th grade at a new charter school this year and she is doing great.  We're so proud of her for being brave and strong.  Here's a picture of her in her first day of school outfit.  She puts ensembles together now by herself.  I wish I could borrow this one...

I wish I had a picture of Skyler on her first day of high school.  Bryant took a few on the camera, but I'm not sure what happened because they're not there anymore.  But Skyler is also doing great.  She loves high school.  She's taking seminary, culinary arts, sculpting, and the regular stuff.  Hopefully I will find the picture soon and post it here.

Dear Sadie,

Sometimes when I try to clean the kitchen, you do things like this...

Then I go upstairs and try to help Sibley clean her room and you do this...

Dear Sadie,

Tonight I was sorting laundry and you were trying to help me as usual.  You picked up one of Skyler's shirts and said, "I'm gon go put this in the dishwasher."  Then you walked over to the washer and tried to shove it in.  Also, you like to eat pepperoni with your big sister, Sibley, and you call it "roni."  Grandmama sent you this Alabama cheerleader costume and you really like it.  I'm thinking you can be an Alabama cheerleader for Halloween.
